How do we make appointments?

After an in-depth onboarding session with our solar client, we create a list of target customers and regions. Our data team enrich this data by checking all attributes and researching the main decision-makers of the businesses. Then our experienced salespeople call (telemarket)each and every contact directly, discuss their energy use and any relevant experience with solar and qualify them.

Once qualified, our team books and confirms an appointment for the solar client’s representative to attend and has the customer send an energy bill prior to the meeting.

This system ensures the customers are qualified, interested and in a position to take action of the solar assessment and quote look favourable for them.

Why do we telemarket customers & not advertise on social media?

Through telemarketing cold calls we find time-poor business owners who have high energy bills. These customers have a great need for solar but have not had the time to start the process of considering solar. Energet make it easy for them to find out if solar can help them.
